Santa Claus will once again be visiting the East Lancashire Railway and travelling on the trains. During each journey he will make his way through the train presenting every child with a Christmas gift.We invite you to join in with the fun and experience the special festive atmosphere on these steam-hauled specials which will all start from Bury Bolton Street Station, travel to Ramsbottom and return. These trains are extremely popular and it's the not-to-be-missed seasonal treat for all the family. |

Santa will be travelling on the East Lancashire Railway between Bury Bolton Street and Ramsbottom, with trains running on the dates and times given below
All Santa Specials depart from Bolton Street Station, Bury. The Santa Special trip takes up to one hour.

£2.00 off adult and child prices, including seated under 3’s, £1.00 off unseated under 3’s if booked befor 25th November
Each child will receive a present from Santa Claus. Adults will receive a sherry and a mince pie.

Please ensure that you complete the booking form (click here to download the booking form) very carefully. The age and sex of the child are most important as it determines the type of present they will receive.
Please send the completed booking form, with remittance and a STAMPED ADDRESSED envelope to the above address. - Telephone Bookings
Please ring on 0161 764 7790 between 10.00am and 4.00pm daily. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings outside these hours.
Please note that due to demand, at times our phone lines may be busy. - In Person
Our Information Office at Bolton Street Station is open from 10.00 am to 4.00pm where you may make a booking in person.

Party Bookings
Organisers of parties of more than 20 persons can take advantage of a special 10% discount on all dates, except the first two dates, when other discounts apply. Send your fully completed booking form with the time of travel and date preferred and the maximum number of seats required. Please also provide a daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your booking. Payment must be made one month prior to travel. Discounts for party bookings will only be allowed for applications received on or before 31 October 2009.
